His results in several recent jury trials, for example, include "not guilty" verdicts in multiple cases to first degree murder. He has obtained "not guilty" verdicts in "three strikes," aggravated felony assault and auto theft. He obtained a dismissal after a "hung" verdict in favor of acquittal in a matter involving two alleged victims of violent sexual assault.

Mr. Lombardo has successfully argued many times for dismissal of felony drug charges because of illegal search and seizure of evidence. He recently obtained dismissals in several domestic violence matters.

Mr. Lombardo successfully argued for deferred entry of judgment in a multiple-count felony matter in juvenile court. He successfully argued for the lowest possible custodial term in a high-profile matter involving vehicular manslaughter against a prosecutor arguing for a 12 year sentence.  

He is currently enjoying a rare Parole Board victory in the release of an inmate who was serving a life sentence.
