We Defend All Crimes
California has criminalized conduct in almost every context possible. There are criminal laws, for example, applicable to every licensed professional, from physicians, nurses, pharmacists, lawyers, and accountants, to beauticians and massage technicians. Criminal charges may be based upon allegations from the Penal Code, Business and Professions Code, and Health and Safety Code, to name a few. There are literally hundreds of crimes within the California Codes, each of which can involve a specific type of defense; therefore, there are hundreds of defenses available.
Defending Professionals
We defend criminal allegations with the goal of protecting professional licenses. Where possible, we seek to obtain diversion of criminal charges in favor of administrative programs, such as diversion programs for physicians, nurses and lawyers.
Defending Students
For students and young adults, we seek to preserve their ability to seek and maintain gainful employment in the future. No matter who is facing a criminal charge, even an apparent minor misdemeanor allegation can have severe employment consequences should the allegation result in a conviction.
Where possible, we seek to divert criminal allegations, reduce charges, or prevail on the prosecution to drop charges entirely. We are very creative in finding outcomes that will benefit our clients. We take the defense of your criminal matter seriously.
Please see the other sections of this website for information specific to other crimes and for information in general as to the criminal court process.
